Dorzolamide/Timolol Ophth Solutin is for the use in the treatment of glaucoma (increased ocular pressure) for dogs and cats. Elevated intraocular pressure is a major risk factor in the development of optic nerve damage and glaucomatous visual field loss. Timolol/Dorzolamide drops contains two drugs used to treat high pressure inside the eye due to glaucoma or other eye diseases. Lowering high pressure inside the eye helps to prevent blindness. The medication works by decreasing the amount of fluid within the eye.
