Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days. A return authorization number will be assigned, providing the product or products to be returned are in resalable condition.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to returned, refunded, or exchanged items.

  • According to federal laws, once a prescription order has been filled, it is non-returnable. Due to general health considerations and FDA regulations, we regret that there can be no returns on prescription products.
  • Vaccines and special order items are non-returnable.

Product returned without a return authorization number or past the 30 day deadline will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. 

Missing or damaged items MUST be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package!
  • Returns must be in new condition in original manufacturer's packaging including all product information. Health Codes will not allow any employee to handle soiled items.
  • Any items returned that do not meet these specifications will be discarded at no credit.
