Administer IM, SQ or IV injection. 1 to 5ml per 100lbs of body weight. Dosage may be repeated once or twice weekly as needed. 100ml bottle.

Thiamine Hydrochloride	150 mg
Riboflavin 5' Sodium Phosphate U.S.P.	2 mg
Niacinamide	150 mg
d-Panthenol	10 mg
Pyridoxine HCL	10 mg
Inositol	20 mg
Choline Chloride	20 mg
Benzyl Alcohol (preservative)	2% v/v
Water for Injection	q.s.
