Quest® Plus Gel is an equine oral gel dewormer formulated for use in horses when administered according to product labeling and veterinary guidance. This product contains the active ingredients moxidectin and praziquantel and is supplied in a convenient oral syringe for accurate administration.

Precautions
Quest Plus Gel has been formulated specifically for the use in horses and ponies only. This product should not be used in other animals species as severe adverse reactions, including fatalities in dogs, may result. Reproductive safety studies on breeding stallions have not been conducted.
Warnings
Extreme caution should be used when administering the product to foals, young and miniature horses, as overdosage may result in serious adverse reactions. Do not use in sick, debilitated, or underweight animals. Do not use in horses intended for human consumption.
Storage
Store at or below 77ºF (25ºC). Avoid freezing. If frozen, thaw completely before use. Store partially-used syringes with the cap tightly secured.
Quest is an oral gel can be used on all horses except foals under 6
months of age. It's a dewormer and Boticide that protects against
reinfestation for 84 days -- the longest DOA of any equine dewormer*.
