Shipping varies by product and location. After your order ships, ground transit usually takes 3–5 business days. Prescription processing and veterinarian approval can add extra time before your order leaves our facility.

Yes—free ground shipping is available on qualifying orders over $75. Some exclusions may apply based on item type, shipping destination, or special handling requirements.

Yes, you can place one order with both. However, items may ship separately—especially if prescription authorization is still pending or certain products require different handling.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a return authorization number. Returned items must be in new, resalable condition and in the original manufacturer’s packaging. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned, refunded, or exchanged items. Due to federal law and health regulations, prescription medications, vaccines, and special-order items are non-returnable. Items returned without a return authorization number or after the 30-day window will not be accepted. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Many everyday items can be set up for automatic deliveries. If you already have an Autoship order and need to update timing, quantities, or skip a shipment, contact us and we’ll help you manage it.
