How to Order Prescriptions
Description
NUMELVI™ (atinvicitinib tablets) is a prescription medication indicated for the control of itch associated with allergic dermatitis in dogs. Designed specifically for canine use, NUMELVI provides once-daily itch management for dogs experiencing allergic skin conditions under veterinary supervision.
NUMELVI contains atinvicitinib, a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor that helps manage itch associated with allergic dermatitis. In clinical studies, atinvicitinib was rapidly absorbed and demonstrated itch relief beginning within 2 to 4 hours in a canine interleukin-31 (IL-31) induced pruritus model.
NUMELVI is administered once daily with food at or around mealtime and is labeled for use in dogs and puppies 6 months of age and older. It may be used alongside many routine veterinary treatments and vaccinations when prescribed by your veterinarian.
Available by prescription only.

How It Works
NUMELVI contains atinvicitinib, a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor. JAK inhibitors work by targeting signaling pathways involved in the itch response associated with allergic dermatitis. By helping interrupt itch-related signaling, NUMELVI assists in controlling allergic itch and improving comfort in affected dogs.
