Duramune MAX 5 No Lepto

For the vaccination of healthy dogs against canine distemper, canine hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvovirus and adenovirus type 2.
Due to the parainfluenza fraction a two dose regimen is recommended. 25 dose tray without syringe. 25 Dose tray w/o syringe.

Canine Distemper-Adenovirus Type 2-Parainfluenza-Parvovirus Vaccine Modified Live Virus 
Contents: This product contains the antigens listed above.Gentamicin added as preservative.
Indications: For subcutaneous vaccination of healthy dogs 6 weeks of age or older as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by canine distemper infectious canine hepatitis canine adenovirus type 2 canine parainfluenza and canine parvovirus.
Directions for Use: General Directions: Aseptically rehydrate Duramune Max 5 with Sterile Diluent supplied. Administer one 1 mL dose subcutaneously.
Primary Vaccination: A recommended vaccination schedule should start at or about 6 weeks of age. The presence of maternal antibody is known to interfere with the development of active immunity. Puppies should be revaccinated every 2 to 3 weeks until 12 weeks of age.
All dogs over 12 weeks of age should initially receive one dose of Duramune Max 5 and a second dose 2 to 3 weeks later.
Annual Vaccination: Annual revaccination with one dose is recommended.

For subcutaneous vaccination of healthy dogs 6 weeks of age or older as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis, canine adenovirus type 2, canine parainfluenza, canine parvovirus, Leptospira canicola, Leptospira icterohaemorrhagiae, Leptospira grippotyphosa and Leptospira pomona.

Directions for Use: General Directions: Aseptically rehydrate DURAMUNE Max 5 with Leptospira bacterial extract supplied. Administer one 1 mL dose subcutaneously.

Primary Vaccination: A recommended vaccination schedule should start at or about 6 weeks of age. The presence of maternal antibody is known to interfere with the development of active immunity. Puppies should be revaccinated every 2 to 3 weeks until 12 weeks of age.

For the vaccination of healthy dogs against canine distemper, hepatitis, adenovirus type 2, coronavirus, influenza and parvo. All dogs over 12 weeks should receive 2 doses, 2 to 3 weeks apart. Puppies under 12 weeks should be vaccinated every 2 to 4 weeks until they are at least 12 weeks of age. 25 dose pack. Syringes not included. Use this product at 6 weeks of age.

The INFOVAX-ID® System provides a simple and effective method of recording pertinent information on the vaccines administered to animals in a veterinary practice.

For vaccines requiring reconstitution, remove label from both vials and affix both labels to the animal’s medical chart.

Using the INFOVAX-ID® System:

Grasp the lower right hand corner of the tab at the arrow marked “Peel Here” between your thumb and forefinger (figure 1).

2.

Pull steadily at a slight upward angle until the top portion of the label is separated from the vial (figure 2).

3.

Place the label on the animal’s medical chart. Press down on the label to ensure adhesion.

CAUTION: Store in the dark at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F). AVOID FREEZING. SHAKE WELL. In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine. Burn container and all unused contents.

Gentamicin added as preservative.
